Let AI fill the form

Describe yourself once. AI reads the form, matches every field, and fills it — you review each value before anything is written.

  1. 1

    Upload the form

Any PDF — a real form with fields, or a flat scan.

  2. 2

    Give it context

Paste your details, or reuse a saved profile.

  3. 3

    Review and sign

Every proposed value is shown with a confidence score. Nothing is filled without your approval.

Frequently asked questions

Is this PDF editor really free?

Yes. Every tool — filling, editing, merging, splitting, converting, OCR and compression — is free to use with no watermark, no page limit and no trial period. You only need an account if you want to save documents to your library or use AI form filling.

Do I need an account?

No. You can open a PDF and fill, edit, merge or convert it without signing in at all. An account only adds saved document history across devices and access to AI-assisted filling.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

For most tools, no. Filling forms, editing pages, merging, splitting and reordering all run entirely inside your browser, so the file never leaves your device. Only OCR, Office conversion and AI filling need a server, and those files are processed and then removed according to our retention policy.

Can I edit a scanned PDF?

Yes. Run OCR first to add a searchable text layer, then the text becomes selectable and the document becomes fillable. You can also place text, images and signatures anywhere on a scan without OCR.

How does AI form filling work?

You give a short description of yourself or the situation, and the AI reads the form's fields and proposes a value for each one. Every proposal is shown with a confidence score and an explanation, and nothing is written into the PDF until you accept it.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in 24 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Hebrew and Persian, with full right-to-left support. OCR recognises text in over 100 languages.

Which file formats can I convert?

You can convert PDF to and from Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX) and PowerPoint (PPTX), export pages as PNG or JPG, build a PDF from images, and extract plain text from any document.

Is there a file size limit?

Browser-based tools are limited only by your device's memory, so very large files usually work fine. Server-side conversions accept files up to 100 MB.
